Terms of stay

Check-in for hotel guests is from 2:00 p.m., and rooms are vacated by 12:00 p.m.!
The price of the night includes breakfast, secure parking, indoor and outdoor pools with mineral water, steam bath, Finnish sauna and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
It is forbidden to bring food into the rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Сancellation policy

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (regardless of how long ago it was made) and in case of no-show by 24:00 on the day of check-in by the client, the reservation amount will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.
Family Hotel "Edia" reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
In case of cancellation of the reservation during the stay, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining amount by the end of his stay. In case the reservation is made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the prepayment amount must be deposited into the bank account no later than 72 hours before the check-in date, otherwise the reservation is automatically canceled.
Guests who have violated these rules during a previous visit may be denied a reservation. The hotel also has the right to refuse a reservation to a guest who made a reservation without arriving and without notifying the hotel of the cancellation of the reservation.
